Zenith Impact was founded by Dr. Tiffany Pleasent to address a critical gap in emergency response: the need for more community members, or bystanders, to step in and perform CPR in cardiac emergencies.
Dr. Pleasent knows firsthand the transformative power of knowledge. Her memoir, Transforming Pain into Purpose, chronicles her journey from her grandmother’s passing from cardiac arrest to becoming a leader in Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and advocacy for bystander CPR. Through her work, she has seen how one person’s quick action can save a life—and how communities must be empowered to act when every second matters.
The American Heart Association’s Chain of Survival outlines the crucial links to improving cardiac arrest outcomes.
